AlexanderAkulick - (November 29, 2003) Norton has allways had a good product and offers free trials of many of their products beforehand and a 60 Day money back guarantee. I recommend buying the retail box versions for their excellent booklet that comes with the product unless you are experienced with the Norton product you purchase, but everyone should try the free trials at symantec.com first - thats what they are there for - so you will know what you want. Oh, and that booklet - will cover ANY problem you may encounter if your system is running properly to begin with. The user with the complaints should look for other problems in his computer or just go to the new McAfee VS 8 where they will really find somethin

f131 - (April 07, 2004) Save your money and avoid this product. I have not been able to sucesssfully duplicate one game yet. According to the box it will do all these wonderful things with a lifetime supply of upgrades, but with the most current version, (as of 3/04) games a year old will not copy successfully.

AlexanderAkulick - (November 03, 2003) To my disgust McAfee had discontinued the VS 7 Pro's support so rather than use their sickening new online version I have returned to Norton to find software that meets my needs and NORTON HAS IT. I got mine for $69 at the Norton website. Their 15 day free trials further convinced me to purchase the Norton SystemWorks PRO 2004 which by the way has better and more utilities than the old or new McAfee VS Professional. Customer Support - Nobody else offers any more online or phone support either, just try to get McAfee support. **The EXCELLENT ALMOST 350 PG. MANUAL COVERS EVERYTHING YOU COULD NEED** Using peer to peer it can be used to scan, copy, etc. your ot

1 Star Review USELESS

leeandrew2011 - (12/18/2011) Tried this on my MAC and could not get the product code to work. I even uninstalled everything on my computer and reloaded with the same results. The store would not give me a refund and I was out almost 80.00 bucks. No clue why they sell a product that does not work. Norton even has a website that claims to help if code does not work but this site is uesless.

1 Star Review Don't throw away your money.

KRWagner - (12/07/2011) In 2007 I downloaded and went on auto pay with credit card. In 2009 my computer was hit by a virus and when I called Norton I was told that they could fix the problem for an additional $99.00. Then when Norton 360 failed to save my computer from a virus in October 2010 I cancelled their services. The computer pros at Office Depot recommended McAfee. I just noticed that on my credit card statement they had continued to charge my account. I spoke with billing and she brought to my attention that yes,I was charged for 2011 and also charged twice in 2009, 2010 and 2011 for the annual renewal rate. I was told by Harish R., case manager, that they would only refund the money that they had taken in the last 60 days even though he agreed that they double charged me for the last 3 years. He said it was the customer's responsibility to let the tech know that I needed to also cancel the autopay when cancelling the service. I was then told that no one above his status would speak to me on the phone and that I could have free norton services for the additional money they took but not a refund. Why would I want another norton service when they failed to protect my computer in the first place?
