mytearoom - (August 31, 2007) Setup is super easy! seeds started sprouting within a week, Was enjoying the fresh herbs with in 3-4 weeks, I cut them back as I used them or people wanted to try them and they just grew back bigger and faster, have been harvesting the same herbs since we got it 3-4 months ago. The only problem we had was the water level low reminder light won't stop blinking this started about 2 months after we first set it up, even with the correct amount of water and pressing the reset button, this didn't really bother us as we have figured out the reminder system that alerts you to add water and nutrients by blinking lights. no problems with the nutrients light blinking all the time. maplemaple - (February 14, 2005) I ordered flowers for my girlfriend for Valentine's Day. And they did not deliver it on that day they promised to do. And I don't know when it would be delivered. when I contacted the customer service, they gave you choice either to cancel the order or give you a 50% gift certificate of my order--who would order again from them! The whole point of flower delievery on V-Day is timing. They ruined my V-day and refuse to compensate. BTW, the on line chat customer service kept me waiting in queue for 4 hours.

sandrataylor7 - (September 22, 2006) I bought these last month and they lasted 10 days. I shopped around and these were the best price. I had to share the good news. If you need to send flowers to someone, this is probably the best value.

1 Star Review Was VERY Small and BROKEN!!!

trishamarieowens - (05/11/2012) These plants were small and very poor looking. I have two orchids I bought from Walmart of all places and they are THREE times the size and look about 10 times healthier than these plants. When my husband called up FTD they were going to first send out a new order and when my husband asked if they could get it here before Mother's Day she said no so he asked me if it would be okay to get the new ones after and I said that would be fine. But OOPS the stupid girl thought to start processing a refund before waiting for an answer. The refund she quoted my husband was $30 for the broken orchid, then she said she could only do $25. By the time she was finished, she said that the computer would only allow her to refund $18, my husband hung up the phone on her. I am now urging him to call back. 70$ is a lot of money for a couple of sickly orchids with split leaves and a broken stalk. He needs to at least get new orchids sent out.

greenxwhisper - (05/08/2012) I wasn't going to bother with this since you have to register to review, but after reading some of the reviews I was kind of surprised that some were so negative. I was shocked at the reasons people were giving negative reviews. Firstly, you always get exactly what you order; the flowers arrive exactly on the day they're supposed to and they last forever. I've been ordering flowers from Proflowers at least twice a year for about four or five years now, and I'm always satisfied with the service and the people I send the flowers to are always happy to receive them and love how fresh and beautiful they are and how long they last. As for the pricing, it can be high but these aren't Wal-Mart flowers, and you get what you pay for. Everything, including the shipping charges, are laid out for you where you can see them when you pick the day of delivery. I don't know about anyone else, but I always get an invoice BEFORE I hit the confirm order button that lays out every item I'm purchasing, the price, and every service charge I'll be paying. It's exactly the same invoice that's displayed on the screen AFTER I hit the confirm button, and exactly the same invoice that I receive by email afterwards. I'm not sure how people can complain about "hidden charges"; I guess they're just unobservant ;)

reina_bee - (02/09/2012) I had been rolling my own cigarettes with very little success and a great deal of mess. Now I have real cigarettes for a fraction of the cost of buying them in packs. I use ZIG-ZAG KING Size filter tubes and Natural American Spirit Roll-Your-Own tobacco with this product. The filter tubes never tear and fill nicely. I was using the tamper upside down for a while before I figured out that the large flat end is supposed to be on the bottom while pressing the tobacco in. Now I can make my cigarettes as light or as dense as I want, by varying the amount of tobacco I insert.
