Weakness: The set up (sync process) is a real time hog and the next Sky Golf Speciallist never answered.
I have sat on the phone waiting for assistance for over thirty minutes and find this disturbing. Considering that I am trying to pay an annual fee when other gps devices have none, one would expect a higher level of customer service. I have Golfshot on my smartphone (one time fee of $19.95) and it works great. This was a gift and it is not worth the time associated with trying to Sync it.
