Shortcomings with the supplier are that the CD disc had fingerprints and label gum on it. Packing left a lot to be desired. So far, I have not been able to get it to install even though it appears I've cleaned it. I've emailed Roxio, but their answer was not responsive to my complaint. Seems like a stock answer.
