We were the ones left running all over the countryside for a week trying to track it down because it had already been delivered. The seller just took the ho-hum attitude since he already had his payment. We will not order from him again. ZhingZhing's Response: I sent the item to confirmed address before they contacted me. Just like you would have the capability of doing with any other web placed order. Well there is no place to cancel an order, but I emailed the supplier. No response back what so ever. The product did come to my door fast. It's just too bad they won't allow the buyer more purchasing power like most any other place on the web.
